Distractions

I have not been oil painting. But, I am learning to knit socks and I am working on the tile and walls in the bathroom.

In preparation for my sock class this week, I am working on a pair of mittens.

I have been painting on the portrait. I took the photo during the day, so it is getting some reflected light from the window.

Check out my portait of my mom! I am an artist living in Westwood Kansas. I love to paint animals, especially dogs and horses. I mostly paint oil paintings, but sometimes watercolor. I make fused glass jewelry. I love glass earrings and pendants. I use sterling silver in my work.
